About Della Posner
Della brings nearly a decade of experience in admissions and outreach within the young adult residential treatment space. Before joining At The Crossroads, she spent eight years working in admissions and outreach at a young adult treatment program, connecting closely with families and professionals across the country and guiding them through the admissions process with clarity, compassion, and intention.
She believes deeply in the work of supporting families through some of their most challenging moments, and finds purpose in helping them navigate the path toward healing with transparency, compassion, and hope. Della is known for her relational approach – taking the time to truly understand each client and family’s story and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Della holds a degree in Sociology and Child & Family Development from San Diego State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, their two dogs, and extended family. She brings warmth, optimism, and a genuine passion for connection and hope to her role at ATC.
